Dear Parent or Guardian:
According to requirements from the Iowa Department of Public Health, all students entering 7th grade need to have a Tdap and Meningococcal vaccine BEFORE the beginning of the school year.
If your child has NOT received these vaccines, they need to be completed by Tuesday, September 27, 2022, or they will not be able to come to school on the 27th.
Your child may receive these vaccines at their physician's office or at Henry County Public Health. The ONLY exceptions are a Medical Exemption or Religious Exemption (which will also need to be on file at school by Tuesday, September 27, 2022).

Every Tuesday 9:00-11:00 am
Every Wednesday and Thursday 1:00-4:00 pm
1st and 3rd Thursday of every month from 1:00-6:00 pm.
No appointment is necessary, but please check in online at healthyhenrycounty.org/immunizations before you arrive to reduce the number of people in the waiting room.
